The organization is actively engaged in carrying out various Socio-Economic issues for the upliftment and empowerment of poor, backwards and deprived classes of society since its inception. The PCCRCS experienced by continue interaction and contacts with the community that main reason for the backwardness is illiteracy as such these sections of the communities inspective of caste and religion are unaware about their rights and the various developments scheme(s) etc. specially formulated by the Government for their upliftment.

  • Child Protection

    In 2001,with the support of National Child labour Programme and International labour organization 175 children were rehabilitate in the center to mainstream them towards education and civil society. The children were working in perilous Nagena industries in various slums areas of Jaipur viz Pahadganj, Ashokpura Kacchi Basti of Sodala, Sootmeel and Paldimeena.

  • Health & Sanitation

    When we talk about rural stretches of the country, canvas of health services is not quite colorful. Rural masses are still deprived of quality health services. But At the sametime when health status of urban poor is deliberated, it seems rather grim than their rural counterpart. In most cities large number of urban poor live outside officially recognized slums.

  • Education

    In 2002-2003 the whole attention of the organization was girl’s education. A team of girl children campaigned through “Shiksha Rath” into slums of Jaipur with the help of State Women Commission and UNICEF. Painting competition, debate and other activities were held in various schools and Governor of Rajasthan, Justice Ansuman Singh gave away prizes to the best performing students at Banquet Hall of the Rajbhawan, Jaipur.

  • Community Development

    During 2003-2004 various activities were held to stop child labour and empowering rickshaw pullers like “Janshree Beema” and “Apna Rickshaw Apne Naamm” yogna. On Anti Child Labour Day (Apr 2003) an open children’s court were held were Judge, advocates and victims all were children from slum areas of Jaipur. The local print & electronic print media and intellectuals were present along with huge amount of women and children.

Our Founder

In 1999 First time Shri Vipin Tiwari came Jaipur for sight seen . But problems are Rikshaw Puller mad him more anxious. Those days rikshaw puller use to take rikshaw on rent, so that large part of there earning went to rikshaw owner. He mobilized rikshaw puller and organized them into union. Further phase-wise, this union provided cycle rikshaw to each member and the respective member has to submit to minimum share of their day earning to repay the cost of rikshaw. Once the cost recovered by union the rikshaw puller become rikshaw owner and this also increases their income. Read more..

Ladli Samman Campaign

Rajasthan is a one of pioneer in the country which has developed Girl Child policy in the year of 2013. Effort to prevent curb and eliminate discrimination and social evil that girl and women are subjected to have been on-going for several years by application of different approaches and strategies there are acts, government orders, government program and events, community mobilization projects, campaign etc. For preventing and reducing incidence of violation and discrimination against girl and women. The different techniques employed for the purpose of overcoming these, have their strength and limitation.

Objective of campaign

    • Create massive awareness among various stakeholders on child protection issues with special focus on protection of girl child and prevention of child marriages.

    • Identification of out off school girls and boys in the group of 12-17 years and mainstream them in age appropriate classes and schools.

    • To promote an enabling environment for holistic development of the girl child.

    • Mapping and linking Vulnerable children and families with social protection schemes specially  with palanhaar and prevention of marriage related scheme.

    • Document and demonstrate models and success stories of the campaign through print and electronic media.
